Elementary course
Organisation of classes
・A-gumi (1st year), I-gumi (2nd year), U-gumi (3rd year), E-gumi (4th year) (As of January 2022)
・We do not have any fixed pre-defined graduation year. Depending on the number of children who
want to study Japanese, we will organize additional classes.
Class schedule
・Every Wednesday 14:30 to 16:00
・Holiday conform to the holiday of Vaud canton
・We adapt to the level of Japanese of each student.
・We reinforce the points that students living in Switzerland tend to have difficulties to learn.
・We celebrate the seasonal events to introduce the Japanese culture.
・We read Japanese books, play traditional Japanese games, etc..
・First-day assembly
・Christmas party (theater play with all of the students)
・Kakizome the first calligraphy written at the beginning of the year
・Hinamatsuri
・Kodomonohi the girls/boys festival
・Children's bazaar
・End of term assembly
・Sports day
